Expo Construir Paraguay 2026 boosted real estate business in Ciudad del Este

Organized for the fifth consecutive year by the Chamber of Business Owners of Ciudad del Este and Alto Paraná, Expo Construir Paraguay 2026 was held from April 15 to 17 at the Nobile Hotel Convention in Ciudad del Este, under the theme "Driving Business."

The event established itself as the region's largest multi-sector business gathering, with a strong presence of companies tied to construction and real estate development, in a market that keeps growing driven by demand from Brazilian families crossing the border in search of affordable housing.

Ciudad del Este has been gaining weight of its own on Paraguay's real estate map, and gatherings like this help organize and professionalize a demand that today is growing faster than in other markets in the country.
