Constructecnia 2026: Paraguay's largest construction fair

From May 21 to 24, the Conmebol Convention Center in Luque hosted Constructecnia 2026, the 26th edition of the country's most important international construction fair. The event brought together more than 200 companies across 300 booths, with around 900 brands present, and free admission for the public.

This edition's agenda revolved around three areas: Infrastructure and Finance, Mining, and Housing and Social Development. One of the central panels was precisely "Real estate development and housing plans: challenges and opportunities," where industry leaders discussed how to shrink the housing shortage that today exceeds one million homes in Paraguay.
