Developers and real estate agencies are solely responsible for the accuracy, truthfulness, and currency of the information in the projects they list (prices, features, availability, and images). Asunova does not guarantee the availability or condition of any listed property.
Asunova acts as a marketing intermediary. It is not liable for agreements, payments, damages, or losses arising from the relationship between users and advertisers. All negotiations take place directly between the interested parties.
The content, trademarks, logos, and designs on this site are the property of Asunova or their respective owners and are protected under applicable law. Reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
Asunova may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the site.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the city of Asunción.
